Order Processing Time

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–2 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to the United States (contiguous 48 states only) . We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

After your order has been processed, delivery within the contiguous United States typically takes 3–5 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons.

Shipping Carriers

To ensure timely and reliable delivery, we work with a variety of reputable shipping carriers. The carrier assigned to your order will be determined based on your shipping address, package weight, and delivery route. While we cannot guarantee which specific carrier will be used for your order, rest assured that all carriers we partner with are trusted logistics providers capable of delivering within the stated timeframe.

Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders shipped to addresses within the contiguous United States. There are no hidden fees or surcharges. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay for shipping.

Taxes & Duties

Sales tax may apply to your order based on applicable state and local tax laws where your shipping address is located. Any applicable taxes will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Since we only ship within the United States, no customs duties or international import fees apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package’s journey. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become available after dispatch.

Incorrect Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you realize that you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@campershop.vip. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the shipping address. Campershop is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@campershop.vip. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, where applicable, arrange for a replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently only ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. We do not offer expedited shipping, overnight shipping, or international shipping at this time. All orders are shipped via standard ground shipping services provided by our carrier partners.
