Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After this 30-day period, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused and unworn in its original condition.
- The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, labels, and accessories originally included.
- The item must be free from any signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse.
- The item must not be a final sale item (if applicable).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered in any way.
- Items with missing original packaging or tags.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper handling.
- Gift cards (if offered).
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at info@campershop.vip to request a return authorization. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization confirmation and instructions for returning your item.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Please note that you are responsible for securely packaging the return to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
Return Shipping Costs
We are pleased to offer free return shipping for all eligible returns. Return shipping costs will be covered by Campershop. Instructions for obtaining a prepaid return label will be provided when your return request is approved.
Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees. There are no hidden fees or deductions applied to your refund for returning an item.
Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility conditions. If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 1–2 business days after approval.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, debit card, or PayPal account).
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your payment method statement, as processing times vary by financial institution.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@campershop.vip with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, and we will cover all return shipping costs for the damaged item. Damage claims must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@campershop.vip. If your order has not yet been processed and shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return procedure after receiving the item.
